The cider is bottled for a second fermentation before being disgorged after a year of laying on its side developing more complex aromas, flavours and texture.
A delicate nose, crisp apple and lemon notes. Palate is dry and fresh with bright acidity and fine strings of bubbles rise up out of the flute. Alc. 6.7% vol
