Delivery

We are giving any order (defined by the delivery address, not billing address) for the East and North East London postcodes listed below free shipping - saving you £8 on the standard delivery price! 

We are also giving free shipping on any order over £70 (cart price excluding shipping cost) anywhere in the country (UK only, with the exception of the additional charges listed below - any order(s) that are applicable for the listed additional charges, cannot get free shipping).

Only 1 of these discounts can be used/received on any order in the listed East / North East London postcodes - i.e. orders of over £70 in East/North London will receive free shipping, but no additional discount shall be applied.

This free shipping applies to East and North East London postcodes beginning with:

If we deliver your order direct ourselves:

We will text you shortly before making the delivery. If we are unable to get any answer from you at the address or on the phone once arrived, we can at our discretion re-attempt delivery on a different day, but may need to charge a small re-delivery fee; and if the order has to be cancelled or cannot be re-delivered, we will partially refund you, keeping a small missed delivery fee (e.g. £5-15).  

If sent via courier:

Delivery should arrive 1 to 2 days after shipping. We ship orders throughout the week, therefore while we aim to ship your as soon as we can, it may take up to 7 days for your order to be shipped, if for example we are awaiting a delivery of stock. Longer in exceptional circumstances. The courier does not deliver on the weekend. 

You will receive and email once the courier has collected your order and it's on its way to you. You will also receive an email after it has been delivered, confirming the delivery. If, in the rare circumstance you do not receive these emails, do contact us via: info@thefinecider.company, and we will provide you with an update. 

The delivery of your order must be received by an adult, of legal drinking age. If in doubt the courier may ask for proof of age, and may refuse delivery if not presented. If so, we can discuss re-arranging delivery with you, but may have to charge a small fee for doing so. 

International Shipping

We currently do not offer shipping outside of the UK mainland. There are a number of factors why, largely owing to the excise and duty requirements shipping alcohol to private individuals involves, this includes shipping to the EU.  

Missed Deliveries / Changing Details Mid-Delivery

Delivery is subject to the terms and conditions of the courier/postal service being used. In general, the courier will attempt delivery and if for any reason unsuccessful, they will leave an InfoNotice (a card notifying you of a missed delivery). You'll see the date it was left, and it will give you advice and details about your options.

We are unable to make changes to the destination or timing of a delivery once it has been dispatched, by policy of the courier. If you wish to make any changes to your delivery, once it has been shipped, please use your tracking link top notify the courier. 

Additional Charges

Some delivery locations will incur an additional delivery charge; mostly more remote, or harder to reach regions, in the view of the courier being used. 

Delivery to Northern Ireland will incur an additional delivery charge, as will much fo the 'Highlands & Islands' of the UK.

If in any doubt, do contact us before you place an order via: info@thefinecider.company to enquire what the additional charge will be. The additional charges noted apply also to any subscription services, even where shipping may be included in the price as standard. 

Delivery to such additional delivery charge areas may not always be possible, and will be made at our discretion.
