Medium Sweet Still Fine Perry
 
This is a complex and sophisticated perry made from a blend of Yellow Huffcap and White Longdon from the exceptional vintage of 2022 which was very high in sugar at pressing. During the maturation there was a small amount of oxidation which has given the perry a slight nutty edge, somewhat reminiscent of Vin Jaune/jura wines which stands out on the nose.
On the palate this is rich and fruity with beautiful freshness in the acidity, and wonderful balance. A very unique and interesting perry which will sit well on the dining table alongside fine food. Especially fish dishes with rich sauces, lobster, and chicken in cream sauce. Probably unrepeatable and in very limited supply. Alc. 7.4%.
