Sparkling Medium Fine Cider

The return of a favoured single variety cider from Oliver's, the Yarlington Mill. A wonderful bittersweet apple that as usual Tom Oliver has produced with a small 5% addition of the zingy Foxwhelp to add some pep to the beast that is Yarlington Mill. The growing season was hot and dry and so the fruit sugar level was high, this cider is big, bold but tempered by the fermentation coming to a halt leaving a juicy apple residual sweetness from those high sugar levels in this vintage.

Initially herbal then caramel on the nose. Round full flavour with slight tang in the finish. The flavour is bramble and cherry. A totally unique and tasty cider. Alc. 7.0% vol.
