The balance of the whole, and the quality of the tannin are particularly successful. Made with the Rural Method to retain natural sugars, which balance well the acidity and tannins of this high class apple. Aromas and flavours are typical of Stoke Red - strawberries and cream, rosewater, bright red apple and autumn leaves. Alc. 3.9% vol.
