Lightly Sparkling Dry Fine Cider
White Norman (also known as Blanc Mollet) is a prized French Bittersweet apple variety cultivated in Herefordshire for more than 150 years. It yields charming, small apples reminiscent of snowdrops. Due to its thin skin and delicate tannins, this historic fruit bruises easily during harvest. The resulting cider is rich, flavorful, and deeply satisfying, characterized by juiciness, subtle spice, and the taste of perfectly ripe apples. It pairs wonderfully with a Tarte Tatin or a hearty roast dinner. Alc. 7.3% vol.
