A bottle-conditioned perry crafted from traditional pear varieties like Blakeney Red and Gin using a keeving process that is unique to cider & perry, giving the maker precise control over the fermentation and resulting in a glorious, mousse-like sparkle. A wonderful expression of the perry pear. On the palate, it delivers a refreshing and creamy experience, featuring tangy lemon and lime zest notes balanced by rich, ripe pear fruit. This elegant perry is best enjoyed as apéritif or alongside goat's cheese. Alc. 5.5% vol.
