Medium Fine Cider

A single-orchard blend from a small, picturesque orchard bordered by an old stone wall and a wooded valley. Rich in biodiversity and fondly remembered for harvest lunches perched on old anthills. 

This blend is made from apples picked in the second half of the harvest: Kingston Black, Dabinett and Yarlington Mill. Soft tannins with notes of hedgerow berries, hay and caramel. 

Made from apples hand-picked from traditional, unsprayed Somerset orchards. Full juice and wild fermented. Alc. 4.7% vol.
