Medium Fine Cider

A single-orchard blend from a small, picturesque orchard bordered by an old stone wall and a wooded valley. Rich in biodiversity and fondly remembered for harvest lunches perched on old anthills. 

This blend is made from apples picked in the first half of the harvest: Harry Masters Jersey, Kingston Black, Tremlett's Bitter, Blenheim Orange and Tom Putt. Easy-drinking with soft tannins and notes of clementine peel, honey and herbs.

Made from apples hand-picked from traditional, unsprayed Somerset orchards. Full juice and wild fermented. Alc. 5.6% vol.
