Lightly Sparkling Dry Fine Perry

A single-variety perry made from the highly-regarded Thorn perry pear. This perry offers a thrilling and vibrant pulse of green fruit, with prominent notes of gooseberry, lime, cut grass, and a distinct elderflower aroma. Thorn Perry possesses what some perry makers call 'the holy trinity': racy, mouthwatering acidity, intense flavour, and perceptible but not excessive tannin.

The Thorn is an early-ripening pear that requires immediate pressing upon reaching optimum ripeness. Its exceptional qualities of flavour and structure make it supremely versatile, capable of producing magnificent results whether still, bottle-conditioned, pét nat, or made using the traditional (champagne) method.  Alc. 4.9% vol.
