The latest iteration of Oliver's Keeved Cider is crafted from late-season bittersweet cider apples from traditional Herefordshire orchards using the keeving process, which is a technique to produce slower fermenting and naturally sweet ciders. This unctuous cider offers rich apple aromatics and flavour, with natural sugars providing a plump mouthfeel balanced by a tannic fruit structure that delivers a refined finish.
