Sweet Fine Cider

This naturally sweet, fine cider is made from the apples varieties Harry Masters Jersey and Stembridge Clusters.

The bittersharp Stembridge Clusters adds a bright acidity, while the bittersweet harry Masters Jersey adds tannin and body. Together, they produce a fruity and easy drinking cider. 

The apples are hand-picked from traditional unsprayed Somerset orchards. Full juice, unpasteurised and wild-fermented. May contain naturally occurring sulphites. Alc. 5.1% vol.
