Dry Sparkling Fine Cider
Crafted by Aaron Burr Cidery, Homestead Apple – Sullivan County is a dry, artisanal cider that captures the pure essence of the landscape. It is made from a blend of 100% wild, uncultivated apples foraged from over 300 individual trees across seven distinct terrains and soil groups in Sullivan County, NY—including Mamakating Hollow and the Neversink Highlands.
A commitment to minimal-intervention cider making shapes every stage of production, beginning in the orchard where all fruit is grown entirely free of agricultural sprays or fertilizers. In keeping with the cidery's natural process, the juice is autumn fermented, winter aged, and bottled in spring. Unfiltered, un-sulfited, dry, and naturally carbonated, this cider contains no added sugars, flavorings, or tannins. Alc 7.4% vol.
Please note: The transatlantic shipping took a toll on the labels, which may appear stained in some places.
