A big, apple-led aroma with notes of fresh-pressed juice, melon, pear, and hints of white peach and blossom.

Mouthfilling mousse with nice acidity. Flavors shift to pear, citrus, and wet stone, evoking Alsace white wines due to off-dryness and florals. Tannins are integrated; acidity stands out. Clean, expressive, and intense. Alc. 6.5% vol.
