Sparkling Medium Fine Perry 

SHHH is the sound of the fizz as you pour this beautifully conditioned perry. Buckets of fresh citrus hits the nose and a big dollop of pear fruit follows. A blend of Gin, Blakeney Red and Butt perry pears from a 60 year old orchard nestled in the heart of Herefordshire.

Immense fizz, followed by aromas of melon, lychee and elderflower. Nice citric edge to set off the tasty fruity pear and melon flavour. A full mouthfeel with a simple and short aftertaste. Alc. 5.6% vol.
