Off Dry Sparkling Fine Perry 

This is a light and delicate perry with a bright sparkle, perfect as an aperitif, for toasting a celebration or summer time drinking.

The fruit was taken from the first half of the season, hand picked in the beautiful 115 year old pear orchard in Chew Stoke. Great with oysters, delicate fish dishes, salads.  Alc. 7.3%.
