Oak Matured Still Dry Fine Cider

From the mighty vintage of 2022 which was hot and dry, this cider has the strength and maturity of a fine oak tree. Full and intense tannins, ripe aromas of fruit and freshness from acidity. Varieties include Harry Masters Jersey, Ellis Bitter, Browns Apple and others. 

After beginning fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the cider was transferred in to three casks to mature, a tawny port pipe, and two red wine barriques, all previously having contained cider. Drink at room temperature with salty almonds, bacon chops and steak. Alc. 7.5%
