Very fine two-year old Mistelle

Exquisite things are happening in the rolling hills of North Somerset where Sam & Beccy Leach have been working with mature, majestic 115 year old pear trees. Like this perry pear Mistelle, a combination of fresh pressed juice and perry eau de vie, old casks and time!  Excellent as a post-dinner accompaniment to cheese, nuts, and apples, or enjoyed pre-dinner with an ice cube and a dash of soda.
