Sweet Still Fine Dessert Cider
Made using late-season fruit, picked on a frosty day, this dessert cider is crafted in a similar way to a traditional ice cider. The fruit is macerated, Keeved, then frozen and thawed to concentrate the juice, intensifying the sweetness and the harvest's delicate flavours. A slow fermentation continued throughout 2025, resulting in a low-alcohol, rich, and honeyed dessert cider.
Notes of intense baked apple and dried fruit flavours, leading to a long, warming finish. Pair it with dessert; perfect with a tangy plum and apple pudding. Alc. 5% vol.
