Crafted from traditional bittersweet apple varieties such as Yarlington Mill and Sheep’s Nose, this naturally conditioned cider undergoes a unique keeving process to create a delicate, mousse-like sparkle. On the palate, it delivers a full-bodied experience, opening with aromas of fresh hay and ripe, bruised autumn fruit before leading into a rich red apple character with subtle notes of barnyard earthiness.
