Sparkling Medium Dry Perry & beer wort based creation made in collaboration with Mills Brewing!

Nachmelena Hruska was made by co-fermenting Herefordshire perry pears and wort in the style of a Czech Světlý ležák (light lager), using Czech grown barley and, for this third edition, US Centennial hops. Bottle conditioned for 8 months before release. 

Both Mills & Oliver's share a love of minimal intervention making & a reliance on spontaneous fermentation, & what they have created in this bottle is a true union of traditional cider making & beer brewing techniques. Alc. 6% vol.
