Still Sweet Fine Perry 

This is a unique and rare thing: an unapologetically high ABV, single variety perry from a single orchard. The exceptional year of 2022 gave a lot of high sugar fruit but especially so the Moorcroft from Burlands. As the only variety of perry pear in that orchard we were keen to let the fruit speak for itself. The high sugar has given a sweet perry with high ABV. Very weighty and bold.

Aromas of Honeydew Melon, lychee, butter bun, pear drops and sultanas. On the tongue the acid and tannin gives great tension and structure and the fruit is concentrated with a lemon marmalade character. Worthy of drinking by itself as a fascinating record of a superb year but also offering food pairing opportunities. Alc. 10.1% vol.
