Sparkling Medium Fine Cider

This mid-season cuvée of Mêlé is a reflection of a specific moment of the harvest. Made from a handpicked selection of perfectly ripe bittersweet and bittersharp apples grown in the unsprayed orchards of Polly & Mat in the Exe Valley. Varieties include Medaille D’Or, Harry Masters Jersey, Broad Leaf Norman, and various unknown varieties, including numerous russeted dessert apples. The profile is very moreish, vibrant, and aromatic. The palate features mouth-watering tropical pineapple notes, balanced by a freshly squeezed lime acidity and an amaro-like bitter herbal finish.
Cider is unfiltered, unfined, contains no added sulphites, preservatives or additives. Abv 5.5%
