Medium Fine Cider

This naturally medium-sweet fine cider is made from classic West Country apples Yarlington Mill, Harry Masters Jersey, Somerset Redstreak, Tremletts Bitter, Tom Putt, Browns and Warrior.

The West Country apples give this cider its complex character and pleasant tannic finish. Together with the residual sweetness, this creates a balanced cider, that pairs well with rich, savoury food or is equally enjoyable on its own. 

The apples are hand-picked from traditional unsprayed Somerset orchards. Full juice, unpasteurised and wild-fermented. May contain naturally occurring sulphites. Alc. 5.9% vol.
