Sparkling Dry Fine Cider

Christine Walter began making cider in 2016, drawing from her wholesome childhood experiences making cider from a hand-cranked cider press with Grandpa Clyde, and working at her uncle’s fresh fruit market stand. In her effort to perfect the modern version of Great-Grandpa Stephen’s original hard cider, Bauman's Cider was born. This is a dry single variety cider made from McIntosh apples; an heirloom variety in the USA, much loved and used for cider making.   Notes of green apple skins, light honey, and unripe strawberries bring you a typified “apple” flavour, for this variety, that absolutely sings on the taste buds! Alc. 8% vol.
