Bone Dry Still Fine Cider

A welcome return of a popular still dry cider, a lively, fruity early season bottle that's a blend built around the early bittersweet Major. In a supporting role are Kingston Black, Dove, Harry Masters Jersey, Browns, St Edmund's Russet, Tom Putt, Blenheim Orange, and Backwell Red. This is a light and fruity cider with enough tannin to give structure and a fresh acidity which really sings with food.

A well balanced palate with fresh acidity, soft, delicate tannins with a good structure. Fruity aromas, and a seam of minerality on the tongue. Alc. 6.6% vol.
