A single village selection from three young, traditional, and unsprayed orchards in the Dorset village of Leigh. This still, medium cider features a blend predominantly composed of handpicked Kingston Black, Somerset Redstreak, and Dabinett. Crafted using full juice and wild yeast fermentation, it utilizes the rural method to retain its natural sweetness, offering distinct notes of cloves, lemon curd, and lemon sherbet.
