Sparkling Dry Fine Cider 

For any cider maker to work with Annie & Norman at Dragon Orchard in Putley is always a thrill and the fruit that comes off of their well loved trees is of the best quality in the country, meaning this Kingston Black needed only the simplest of handling at the cidery. A spontaneous fermentation and a few rackings to clarify the liquid before bottling as a pet nat. 

It is vibrant gold in colour, expected aromas from a Kingston Black of warm apple pie with all the spices and vanilla, along with a fragrance of violets. It has a velvety mouthfeel with some noticeable residual sweetness and it's mouth-wateringly juicy and fresh. Follow that with some well integrated crunchy tannins and acid from the bittersharp apple it's best enjoyed alongside good food. Alc. 7.7% vol.
