Sweet Sparkling Fine Perry

The thirteenth perry in the ongoing triumphs of Oliver's Sweet Keeve Perry series. It's a mid season blend of many varietals of perry pear grown in well established orchards in the county of Herefordshire, the pressed pear juice is transformed into something exotic yet familiar in the process of keeving, a technique totally unique to cider and perry production and to no other alcoholic drink.
 
On the nose honeyed pear with a hint of rhubarb, cantaloupe melon and elderflower. Classic pear texture and mouthfeel, slightly grainy and the rich honeyed flavour of ripe tannic pear. Alc 4.2% vol.
