Still Sweet Ice Cider

Sumptuous & succulent dessert wine like Ice Cider, wonderfully balanced between sweetness & acidity. Crystal clear, bright golden colour with hints of amber. 

Pronounced & clean expression of ripe red apples, stonefruits and a sprinkling of almond on the nose. Elegant & intense flavours of Swedish summer apples in symbiosis with a high but gentle acidity. A nutty core and a finish of smooth minerality. One of the few Ice Ciders we know of in Europe made with Natural Cold. Alc. 9.5% vol.
