Sparkling Bone Dry Fine Cider

Ripe is made by husband and wife duo Cameron and Georgie. They make cider from their own ecologically managed orchards in South East Cornwall, every apple is handpicked and grown without pesticides, herbicides, or fertilisers. Their ciders are rooted in the conservation of traditional Cornish orchards: ancient, species-rich habitats quietly disappearing from the British landscape. Havos cider is 70% Michelin, Sweet Alford and Tremlets Bitter with 30% Grow bi- Nights, Cats Head and Lord of the Isles apples. Lively and refreshing, with crisp and zesty citrus notes, ending with yellow nectarines. This is a gluggable natural cider that pairs well with seafood, grilled white meat, salads and antipasti.
