Sparkling Dry Fine Cider
Hard Rain, made from the second pressing of fruit with the addition of water, is a modern interpretation of an old historic drink, ciderkin. It is a wonderful way of upcycling pomace, the first pressed apple pulp.
Along with apples Little Pomona also pressed the pomace of two varieties of organically grown quince, Vranja and Meeches Prolific, into tank to spontaneously ferment before bottling as a pét nat. It is dry, sparkling, bright, floral and tropical, naturally low in alcohol too, it’s super refreshing and totally crushable! Alc. 3.3% vol
