Hot Pink is back with a brand new vintage, this one brings together the second pressing of Kingston Black apples and Dabinett. Spontaneously fermented, then dry hopped for a short period with US Simcoe hops, chosen for their wonderful aroma and flavour rather than any bitterness. Bottled with a little sugar and blackcurrant juice to induce not only a beautiful colour but a second fermentation in the bottle.
Simply put, itʼs a super refreshing, naturally sparkling juice bomb, that marries the peachiness of the hops with the vibrancy of blackcurrant and the crunchy bite of the apples in a truly astonishing and delicious way! 3.4% abv.
