Sparkling Medium Cider

This is the cider to take to the friends barbecue, have a pack at home ready for an occasion, the one for street food; to have sat in the fridge for a time most desired; & when you just want to unwind. The sun drenched and dry summer of 2025 produced bittersweet fruit of higher sugar, slower ferments and enhanced colour in the cider. This 4th iteration of Guilty Pleasure reflects all of that.

The deep burnished orange colour mirrors the sunshine the fruit grew under. The super fruity apple reflects the unfermented sugars that are in this cider. As crushable and tasty as ever but definitely a product of 2025. Enjoy this with rich Aubergine Caponata, Greek Gyros, Rotisserie, Filled Pittas & Koftas, Street Food of all types. Alc 5.8% vol.
