A selection of three "Champagne Method" bottles from Gospel Green.Inspired by the sparkling wines of Épernay, France, Gospel Green Cyder was founded in Hampshire in 1990 by James Lane, who set out to create England's finest traditional method cider. Decades of unbeatable experience and skill have followed, with the original recipe still used today. Located less than a mile from the orchards, the cider house uses hand-picked eating and culinary apples to showcase the nuanced and balanced capabilities of the South East coast's fruit.
