Sparkling Dry Fine Perry 

A perry of four corners: the flavour begins with Thorn contributing zippy upfront acidity and structure, followed up by the combination of Blakeney Red and Aylton Red creating a mid palate full of sticky pear jam, and completed by the iconic structure of Flakey Bark and its wonderful tannins. The result is a quaffable and delightful off-dry sparkling perry that is delicious to drink and perfect for any occasion. It's juicy in abundance, it has a wonderful aroma of sweet exotic flowers and fruit, tannins that just hang on to the tongue, and wonderful complexity that all well blended perries show off like no other drink. Abv 6%.
