Fausset is an extraordinary variety of perry pear, originating in France, but grown by Stephen Ware at Throne Farm in Herefordshire. It’s intensely aromatic, concentrated in flavour and super tannic, everything needed to make a perfectly intriguing pét nat style Perry.

Tropical fruit, white grapes and blossom perfume on the nose, all of which is replicated in the mouth, where it is joined by pithy, lemony tannins, lime leaf, nectarine and truly succulent acidity, keeping it juicy and incredibly moreish! Alc. 6% vol
