Eve's Cidery is a small, family-owned farm located in Van Etten, New York, dedicated to producing traditionally crafted, naturally fermented ciders. Founded in 2001 by James and Autumn, the cidery emphasizes an orchard-based philosophy, using organically grown and wild-foraged fruit to express the unique geology and climate of their sites in the Southern Finger Lakes and Northern Appalachian Plateau. Their process is rooted in a deep connection to the land and the history of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, with a focus on cultivating specific apple varieties to create ciders that reflect their distinct terroir.
