Sparkling Dry Fine Cider

A Traditional Method cider from south Devon that is refined and elegant while also ticking the boxes for a quintessential Devon cider, made from local varieties that evoke centuries old tastes and flavours. 

The apples were harvested from the orchard in late September, milled and pressed immediately. The juice was transferred to stainless steel tanks where it fermented spontaneously with ambient yeast. In the summer of 2023, the team bottled the cider and added a touch of sugar in order to put it through its second fermentation in bottle in the traditional method. The cider matured on the lees for about 18 months before being hand disgorged. Varieties: Camelot, Michelin, Somerset Redstreak, Browns Apple, Northwood & Dabinett.

Lightly sparkling with crunchy, earthy apple characters and some gentle tannin. A versatile cider that can be paired with aged cheddar, roast pork, crab, or simple roast chicken dishes Alc. 8.4% vol.
