Sparkling Dry Co-Ferment Fine Cider
Do it Puritan Quince 2023 began in late October when some wonderful exotic quince was pressed into the tank to ferment spontaneously. In December, Little Pomona pressed the last fruit of harvest, their favourite Egremont Russet apples, and decided to combine some of that juice with the fermenting quince to create a 50/50 blend.
Super aromatic and zingy, it’s a white-knuckle ride of citrus, roses, pineapple, yuzu lemon, lime leaf and anise! Not for the faint hearted but sour beer lovers and general acid enthusiasts are in for a joyful treat! Alc. 7.3% vol
