Medium Lightly Sparkling Fine Cider

A blend of bittersweet Dabinett and Ashton Brown Jersey from the sunny 2022 harvest, with the sharp Tom Putt from the cooler 2023 harvest for balance. Made in a similar way to the Col Fondo style (an Italian term used exclusively for Prosecco, is characterized by the wine not being disgorged, meaning the sediment remains within the bottle). 

Fresh fermenting juice has been added to the previous year's vintage to create a lightly conditioned cider. On the nose, there are sweet notes of wine gums and fresh lemon balm, while the palate has bright limoncello flavours, finishing with a touch of citrus peel. Beautiful with creamy desserts. Alc 5.8% vol.
