Lightly Sparkling Medium Fine Cider

A very drinkable single orchard blend cider, a great gateway into the world of fine cider. The vintage characteristics of 2024 have generally given very soft, approachable and enjoyable ciders and this tank especially so.

Aromas of ripe apples and red berries, orchard floor, a touch of cinnamon. Lovely, well balanced crushable cider. Good with lots of different foods, many of those you’d expect: pork chops, cheese dishes, mushrooms, cheeseboards, oysters etc. Alc. 3.9% vol.
