Lightly Sparkling Medium  Fine Cider

2023 was a light crop in Burlands orchard which crops heavily in the even years. This made the Wilding team focus their vision for this orchard blend compared to 2022 when more apple varieties were used. This blend just has Browns, Dabinett and Ellis Bitter, a trio of apples that seem to go together in delicious style.

Flavours of red apple, strawberries, leather, baking spice, orchard floor. Tannins are reasonably high but fully ripe and well integrated. Lovely supple full body and a long finish. It's a cider that will go well with all the classic and best cider pairings of roasted poultry, mature cheeses and barbecues. Alc. 5.7 % vol.
