Sparkling Dry Traditional Method Fine Cider 

Gospel Green Cyder began in 1990 when James Lane returned from working in Épernay, France, inspired by Champagne, he set out to create England's finest traditional method cider. Blackmoor Estate's apples have been used to produce this traditional method cider for the past 30 years and now with Gospel Green within the Blackmoor Estate family the original recipe is used to this day. The cider house is less than a mile away from the orchards where their eating and culinary apples are hand-picked ensuring supreme quality and taste.

The 2018 Brut is light, fruity and fresh, with just the right amount of sweetness added in its dosage. The pure, fresh taste of the apples shines through and the double fermentation process adds to the complexity. Alc. 8.4%
