Naturally Sparkling Medium Fine Cider

An apple blend of Browns & Kingston Black, plus a tiny percentage of an unknown apple Polly & Mat like to call Rhubarb & Custards, due to the lovely pinkish and yellow colouring. The apples are from orchards sloping over and looking down on the River Exe and its unique valley in this wonderful part of Devon. The trees are all of a mature age, from 40 to 70 and even 100 years old.

With great age these trees produce incredibly rich and ripe fruits, perfectly loaded with everything you would want to make a juicy, tangy, sherbetty, young Pet Nat. It's a deep opaque orange colour, somewhere between that Rhubarb & Custard and that's not a bad idea as a food pairing to enjoy this with! Alc. 4% vol.
