Naturally Sparkling Dry Fine Cider
Made by Ben Walgate & Steve Reeve, down near Rye in East Sussex - this is cider making using non-traditional cider apples, resulting in a dry, low tannin, acid orientated cider; along the white wine of the cider world.
Estate grown apples, hand picked & fermented with wild yeasts in old Whisky casks; bottled unfiltered. With body & texture influenced by the casks, funky wild yeast nose, with notes of citrus, with a dry fresh palate. Alc. 5.5% vol.
