Bauman's Cider Company is a family-owned cider producer rooted in an Oregon tradition that dates back to 1895, when the family farm was established in the Willamette Valley.

The company was founded by 5th-generation farmer and head cidermaker Christine Bauman Walter over 10 years ago, her team has consistently earned "Cidermaker of the Year" honours across the Northwest and the US. Beyond the farm, Christine serves as President of the American Cider Association and on the board of the Cider Institute.

She is a tireless advocate for cider quality and market access, traveling the world in search of the perfect glass. For Christine, the best part of the industry is the community: "I LOVE THESE PEOPLE!"

Bauman's are  known for its internationally award-winning ciders, which are created by blending modern cidermaking techniques with heritage methods. They emphasize quality by using estate-grown apples, fresh-pressed juice, and natural ingredients.
