Sparkling Medium Dry Fine Perry 
 
A variety grown and used for Perry making in the Three Counties as far back as 1662. Barland pear trees are tall, narrow and vigorous, producing a heavy crop most years, and seem to be a remarkably healthy tree to have endured for four centuries.
 
The Perry of the 2025 vintage is superb and delightfully full bodied. A complex aroma that balances citrus fruit with pear skins, herbs and wet slate. Then there is delicate top of the mouth acidity with hints of lemon, lime and melon and rounded off with a delicious gentle bitterness. Abv 7.8%.
