Still Sweet Ice Cider

The apples for Brännland Iscider Axelstorp originate from an orchard planted just after the Second World War, now owned and meticulously operated by renowned Swedish chef Magnus Nilsson. Axelstorp contains equal parts Aroma and Ingrid Marie, providing the characteristic body and sweetness of the Axelstorp apples. The resulting ice cider offers extraordinary depth balanced by the singing acidity typical of northern apples. Deep golden in colour, this cider offers heavy aromas of concentrated apple and caramel, complemented by notes of citrus and elderberry. A limited release of  little over 800 bottles.Alc. 9.5% vol.
