Off Dry Sparkling Fine Perry 

This is made with the fruit from the first few weeks of the season in the Chew Stoke pear orchard, mostly White Longdon (light and fresh) and Moorcroft (luscious and fruity) with some Yellow Huffcap (intense fruit and acid) and Taynton Squash (complexity, herbal-fruity character). This orchard is truly special, going in to its 116th year the trees are mature now and produce exceptional quality pears.

The sparkle is fine and elegant, and there is plenty of freshness from the acid but with lots of aromatic complexity which makes this an intriguing and delicious aperitif.  Alc. 7.3%.
